The Lianas Series is a collection of wall-mounted sculptures inspired by the symbolism of vines. Vines have long been associated with elements of connection, strength, and determination. In nature, they are rooted to the ground and climb upwards, using tendrils to search for opportunities and support in their surroundings. Here, aluminum strips take on the role of tendrils, reaching and climbing up the walls of the gallery space. They symbolize the inherent human desire to connect, grow, and explore the world around us.
